Resolved Between 10:00 and 10:50 BST on 24/07/2018 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Reporting for Kallidus LMS and Learn. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that the reporting servers were no longer accepting requests, impacting the ability to run reports. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Degraded Service on Kallidus 360

Resolved Between 08:51 and 09:49 BST on 18-07-2018 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus 360. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that a request for a large number of reports caused application resources to be consumed until the reports were finished generating. Development work is ongoing to permanently limit the impact of report generation and will be deployed as soon as possible. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Resolved Between 10:00am and 10:30am [BST] on 17.07.18 experienced reduced site performance on Kallidus LMS & Learn. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that this issue was caused by a performance bottleneck, impacting some areas of Classic LMS and Learn including the impersonate feature. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Update Following on from yesterday we have received a few reports that this issue is intermittently recurring. The Learn and LMS systems are operational and reports can be accessed, however, the team are continuing to investigate and we will keep you informed.
