On 23.10.18 a sub-set of Classic LMS and Learn customers may have experienced issues relating to their overnight batch processors not completing within the usual window. These batch processors have now completed and normal service has resumed. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Between 01-10-2018 09:00 and 02-10-2018 12:00 BST customers may have experienced degraded performance with Kallidus Reporting. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an incorrect variable in a report gadget caused excessive queries against the reporting services, impacting reporting service performance. Once the variable was identified and modified the performance impact was mitigated.
