Degraded Service on Kallidus Learn

Resolved Between 12:30 and 13:57 GMT on 24-04-2019 customers experienced Kallidus Learn only loading the default branding, and loading the default branding slowly. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that some branding resources were unavailable, resulting in default branding to load on first access. Additional requests loaded the branding quickly once locally cached by the users browser. Resources were made available elsewhere to restore all custom and standard branding load performance. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Degraded Service on Classic LMS

Resolved Overnight on 07/04/2019 the batch processor for a small subset of Kallidus Classic LMS customers only partially completed. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an exception was encountered during processing that was not fully handled. Mitigation steps were taken to fully resolve this scenario and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Resolved Between 06:00 and 09:24 BST on 04.04.2019 customers may have experienced difficulties loading review data in Kallidus Perform. Our preliminary root cause has indicated that this issue was due to an environment configuration, impacting all areas of the application that load review data. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
