Degraded Service on Kallidus Perform

Post-Mortem Between 09:35 and 11:38 GMT on 30-01-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging into their Kallidus Perform system. Preliminary root cause: This issue was caused by timeouts on the platform, which were as a result of a platform routing change carried out within the standard maintenance window. During testing of this update, the very specific scenario required to highlight this issue was not experienced. Once the cause was identified, the changes to the routing configuration were reverted and normal service then resumed. We are continuing to monitor closely. Thank you for your patience whilst we resolved this issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kallidus Recruit - Degraded email service

Resolved The issue which caused delays in the delivery of emails from the Kallidus Recruit mail server has now been resolved. All queued emails have now been successfully delivered.    This issue was as a result of incorrect blocklists being applied by third parties, these have now been lifted.  We are continuing to monitor closely.   We thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Recruit Infrastructure Maintenance

Scheduled Over the coming weeks, we will be carrying out maintenance to update our Recruit infrastructure to a more contemporary version. This will involve moving your site to a new server and will ensure the continuation of a stable and performant service.   When your site is moved, you will experience a very short reduction in service. In order to ensure the impact to you and your candidates is as minimal as possible, we will be carrying out this work outside of business hours (8pm -10pm GMT Monday-Friday) and taking a phased approach. We anticipate all customers will be migrated to the new servers by 31st January 2020. If you have any questions, please get in touch with tilly.martin@kallidus.com
