Degraded Service on Kallidus Reporting

Post-Mortem Between 13:30 and 14:10 BST on 24/09/2020 customers experienced errors when attempting to access Business Objects reporting. This was caused by a blocked SQL process in the reporting system SQL database that caused the reporting system to stop responding. Engineers took action to remove the lock and restore the reporting service. We will continue to monitor the reporting service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused.

Service Disruption - Kallidus Suite

Post-Mortem Between 14:30-14:41 BST on 11.09.2020, customers were impacted by a service outage across the Kallidus Suite. Following further investigation, we have determined that a routine automated change to the Kallidus network load balancer resulted in a configuration corruption that caused all incoming connections to fail. A specific and rare scenario was identified as the cause of the corruption. Measures will be taken to ensure that this scenario cannot be repeated and we are continuing to monitor closely. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this will have caused.

Issue accessing Kallidus Support

Update Access to our Zendesk support portal has now been restored and customers are able to log in and engage with our support team and access support resources, such as Knowledgebase articles as usual. Thank you for your patience while this was being resolved.
