Customers on our IDS6 identity provider solution were experiencing issues importing users in bulk via our Manager Users functionality > Import Users option. This has now been resolved and importing functionality is now available.

Post-Mortem
Between 02:33 and 09:00 BST on 15-08-2024, users of Kallidus Off-The-Shelf (OTS) content may have encountered errors loading courses. This issue occurred because of a storage connectivity issue. Upon discovering the issue, Kallidus engineers triggered a manual reconnection of the storage to resolve the issue. Work to update the service to ensure that this scenario is handled without impacting customers is ongoing. Kallidus apologises for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
