Update

We have identified an issue and are rolling a patch for this. This is a display issue affecting the display of the email address. This patch should be deployed in the within the next 30 minutes subject to testing. We are continuing to investigate whether there is any wider underlying issue.

Investigating

Email addresses not displayed in 'Manage Users' - this means that Admins may be unable to send password reset links, and users may not be able to use the Password Reset function. We are currently investigating this issue and will post updates.

360 and Talent Maintenance

Post-Mortem

Between 09:17 and 20:30 GMT on 23-10-2025 our Talent and 360 applications experienced a period of downtime while we investigated and addressed a newly discovered security vulnerability.

Root Cause:

We identified an exploitable vulnerability in one of our application components. A thorough investigation indicated that no customer data was accessed, exposed or compromised via this method.

Upon discovery we immediately took the system offline to prevent any potential further risk and subsequently conducted a full investigation to identify the root issue and to confirm no data exposure. A permanent security patch was applied to the application code to close the vulnerability.

Talent and 360 service was safely restored once we confirmed system integrity and security.

As a precaution, we are enhancing internal security scanning and code review processes and expanding our automated vulnerability detection and response capabilities.

We will be performing BO server maintenance during the maintenance window from 0700 on 30/10/2025. Work being undertaken is: Updating the BO system and audit database connections to TLS 1.2 compliant ODBC drivers Applying BO certificates

We will pause all BO reports scheduled for this time and release them once maintenance is complete.
