Summary of impact:
Between the evening on the 5th of August and the evening on the 6th of August some scheduled nightly reports may have not completed successfully.
Preliminary root cause:
An update made to the nightly report database query in the early evening on the 5th of August has caused some scheduled reports to generate higher than usual load on the reporting infrastructure and preventing some reports from completing successfully.
Mitigation:
Upon discovering that the update was the cause of the issue, engineers have rolled back the changes.

This maintenance was successfully completed at 08:20 BST this morning. Please accept our apologies if the overrun caused any inconvenience.
Summary of impact:
Between 08:00 (BST) and 08:20 (BST) on 01st Aug 2019, a number of customers were unable to access Kallidus suite.
Preliminary root cause:
Kallidus engineers identified that slow running deployment tasks during the scheduled maintenance window caused the overall deployment to overrun.
Mitigation:
Once these tasks had complete, site service was returned to normal, initial slowness was seen whilst the processes hosting the sites returned.
Next steps:
Kallidus have identified certain slow running deployment tasks and have outlined potential improvements that can be made to reduce the time required to complete these. Kallidus will work to implement these changes ahead of future releases.
