Engage in Learning - Content service disruption

Post-Mortem Between 06:30 and 09:48 GMT on 27/10/2020 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing courses and the EiL LMS. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an unexpected reboot caused critical drives to go offline. We have taken steps to mitigate and to ensure instant recovery during any future scheduled reboots. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

3rd Party proxy server issues

Resolved All Kallidus systems are currently healthy. We are however aware of an issue affecting some customers using SSO. We currently believe this to be impacting only customers using Websense/Forcepoint web security products. Impacted customers should contact their local IT teams for advice.

Interruption to service - Limited Recruit customers

Post-Mortem Between 11:49 and 12:05 BST on 19.10.2020 a small group of Kallidus Recruit customers will have experienced issues accessing their systems. This was caused by an unexpected restart of the hosting server, which was swiftly resolved and brought back up by our engineers. We have put steps in place to mitigate any future occurrence. Thank you for your patience, and once again please accept our apologies for any inconvenicene caused.

Degraded Service on Kallidus Learn - All course page

Resolved Between 13:15 and 15:02 BST on 12-10-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing 'All Courses' functionality Kallidus Learn. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an update to the servers handling Kallidus API traffic had a negative impact on service stability. The change was rolled back and normal service restored. The maintenance task has subsequently completed successfully and additional monitoring scenarios added. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
