Degraded service on Kallidus Recruit

Update RCA: Between 13:00 and 15:00 BST on 10/10/2022 Kallidus Recruit customers experienced issues accessing the candidate portal. Engineers tracked down the root cause of the issue to be an expired certificate that was being unexpectedly cached within IIS on the web servers. The issue was resolved and the mechanism by which it was cached was removed to ensure it will not happen again.

Degraded service on Kallidus Learn

Resolved RCA: Between 13:30 and 15:00 BST on 10-10-2022, Kallidus Learn experienced some issues with an API service and users may have had a degraded experience during this time. Kallidus engineers have determined that a very large number of requests were made to an API service in a very short period of time from a small number of users. This overwhelmed the API and resulted in a degraded service for other customers. Full service was restored and we are in discussions with the customer to understand how we can prevent this from reoccurring. We are also investigating ways to monitor this eventuality in the future from our side.
