Resolved Normal service has now resumed on Kallidus Learn. Our technical team is continuing to monitor and are working to investigate the root cause. More information will be shared in due course. Degraded Service on Kallidus Learn

Resolved Between 18:00 GMT on 07.02.19 and 14:29 GMT on 11.02.19 some user accounts may have experienced difficulties in logging into Kallidus Learn. Our preliminary root cause has indicated that a defect in the latest Learn product release created an undesired affect, impacting user accounts accessed between accessed after 18:00 on 07.02.19, the issue meant users logging in after this date had a leave date assigned, nightly processing of user accounts then flagged these accounts as un-enabled as the leave date had passed. Our technical team is continuing to monitor all systems and are working to retrospectively remove any leave dates from accounts that are now enabled. Any that were not re-enabled during this time, may need to be and the leave dates removed either via the data feed or manually. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused.

Resolved Between 09:42 and 10:05 GMT on 08-02-2019 customers may have experienced intermittent issues with Kallidus Learn. Our preliminary root cause analysis has indicated that a configuration option within a micro-service would cause additional latency on requests to the micro-service. The configuration option has been modified to prevent re-occurrence. Our engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to monitor all systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

Resolved Between 11:06 and 11:52 GMT on 07-02-2019 customers may have experienced intermittent errors while accessing Kallidus Learn.   Our preliminary investigations have indicated that an application process impacted the ability to display course data on learner course reels. Kallidus engineers took steps to mitigate this issue and continue to closely monitor the environment. Kallidus Perform Degraded Service

Resolved Between 14:45 GMT on 05-02-2019 and 12:15 GMT on 06-02-2019 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing and using Kallidus Perform Our preliminary root cause has indicated that the data store server had a memory spike which lead to slow performance. Engineers took mitigating steps, which improved the performance, however there was a possible knock-on effect. A system service, took the release of memory resources as an opportunity to process more requests causing very high CPU usage. This system service was recycled immediately and performance was restored. Our engineers are continuing to monitor all systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
