Post-Mortem Between the times of 10:06-11:30, 11:58-12:00 and 12:08-12:14 on 10-07-2020 BST customers may have experienced difficulties accessing some functionality within Kallidus Learn. Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with Azure Load Balancers incorrectly routing internal traffic to our API's caused by an incorrect cache. Engineers removed the affected systems from the Azure Load Balancers and re-added them to clear the cache, restoring service. We have implemented additional monitoring to identify the cause quicker in the case of a reoccurrence. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.

Post-Mortem Between 12:20 and 13:20 BST on 09-07-2020 customers may have experienced 404 error messages in their browsers while loading an uncached page for the first time. Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with traffic routing causing some resource requests to return 404 errors as resources were not found. Engineers modified systems to remove the incorrect routing and have taken steps to additionally monitor. Post-Mortem Between 13:24 and 13:46 on 03-07-2020 and between 11:04 and 16:23 BST on 06-07-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging in to Kallidus Suite applications. Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with a recent code change intended to prevent a previously identified issue accessing Azure resources. The code change followed the guidance provided by Microsoft to mitigate the Azure issue, but prevented connections from closing under certain conditions. The change has been rolled back. Our engineers continue to monitor all systems and continue to investigate the cause and permanent resolution. Post-Mortem 14:59 and 15:18 BST on 02-07-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging in to Kallidus Suite applications. Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with availability of an Azure service which triggered an authentication error accessing the service. Additionally Azure (our platform partner) security blocked access from Kallidus systems based on the count of failed logins for the time period.
