Degraded Service on Kallidus Perform

Post-Mortem Between 16:45 and 18:11 BST on 30-03-2021, Kallidus Perform was impacted by a problem that would have prevented customers from saving changes. An alert flagged on our monitoring systems lead Kallidus engineers to discover a backend storage issue that triggered a data integrity check on multiple cluster nodes, effectively taking the cluster offline for the duration of the check. Kallidus Perform remained available during this but in a read-only state. Our engineers concluded that the system worked as intended to protect the data and verify the integrity and have disabled a process suspected of triggering the check. They continue to work with a 3rd party provider of the storage solution to provide a permanent mitigation. Degraded Service on Kallidus Learn

Post-Mortem Between 11:35 and 13:29 on 24.03.2021 UK time, we received reports of a subset of customers experiencing issues accessing Kallidus Learn. Following an investigation our logs identified a pattern of errors occuring since the start of the day. From this we determined that this was due to a failed deployment to one of our services, which then caused the service in question to operate incorrectly. To remedy this, we have rolled back the failed service back to the previous working version. Our developers will be looking into the failed deployment to mitigate this happening again. Post-Mortem Between 11:00 and 12:38 on the 22nd March 2021, customers may have experienced issues launching eLearning content from within Kallidus Learn. This was due to an error with a standard service process, which then caused that part of the service to operate incorrectly. To remedy this, we have rolled back the failed service back to the previous working version. We have taken steps to mitigate any future occurrence. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Degraded Service on Kallidus Recruit

Post-Mortem Between 15:14 and 15:36 a sub-set of customers on Kallidus Recruit experienced issues logging into the admin portal. This was due to high load on the servers whilst search indexes were catching up. This process was paused indexing and resumed outside of normal business hours. These indexes are usually continuous, but in this instance were being run for a specific reason manually. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This was due to a failed deployment to one of our services, which then caused the service in question to operate incorrectly.
