» View Event Details | Created Wed, 30 Jun 2021 12:56:00 +0000

Post-Mortem Between 13:26-14:41 BST on 30-06-2021, an unexpected spike in connections to an internal caching component will have caused some requests to the Kallidus Learn and LMS products to fail. Kallidus engineers identified that a critical threshold had been exceeded and deployed additional resources to cope with this load. Kallidus are currently working on plans to replace the component responsible for generating the load, which will mitigate this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.
